This latest high-concept restaurant makes the culinary beach resort a gourmet destination for all traditional food culture seekers, with a nostalgic ambience that recalls historical memoirs of the country embraced in the diversified traditional Danang and Central Vietnam' cuisine passed down through generations. We are honoured to be part in preserving our sacred motherland's  history and culinary culture.

In the middle of this idyllic green oasis, boasting spectacular views to our central pool, leaving behind all the hustle and bustle of city life, hardly anyone knows this area was once a Military Base of the United States and part of the Salt Water Airport where US aircrafts took off to bomb North Vietnam during the war.

On June 30th 2018, Ariyana Convention Centre welcomed the Yi Sheng Ginseng cosmetics and healthy product company for a meeting of 600 guests and followed by a scrumptious international dinner buffet at our ample Grand Ballroom with the participation of more than 1,000 guests.

Following the success of the Yi Sheng Ginseng's event, Ariyana Convention Centre continued to welcome the next MICE group from China with a series of events including partner meetings, lunch buffets and partner dinners of the Yijange Company, taking place from July 02nd – 05th 2018 in the presence of 800 guests.

2018 “TET VILLAGE MARKET” & “TET DINNER BUFFET” PREPARATION AT FURAMA RESORT DANANG

The Vietnamese Lunar New Year is around the corner. Artists and staff of the Furama Resort are in a "peak time" preparing the famous "Tet Village Market" which took place for 3 nights: 9th, 10th and 11th February 2018 (falling on 24th, 25th, and 26th December – Lunar Calendar) and the Tet Dinner Buffet.

Furama Resort Danang magically turned into a traditional Vietnamese market. The Furama Resort's staff created a true atmosphere at the International Convention Palace's garden area to present the scene of a classic Vietnam street food life to call in the Year of the Dog. A snapshot of Vietnamese rice-culture, bamboo plants, banana trees and especially food stalls were set up for visitors to stop by and enjoy square and cylinder formed glutinous rice cakes together with hot tea. Chefs introduced ginger, green squash, coconut, and sweet potatoes to make yummy jams attractive not only to the children. Bamboo dragon flies, silk lanterns, bamboo flutes, and bonsai were also available for gifts and home decoration. The popular fortune telling as well as calligraphy booths were a part of the set-up for visitors to foresee bad luck, welcome good luck and learn more on their own destiny. The bustling atmosphere, the scent of cakes, and tea enhanced the spirit of the Lunar New Year.

The Tet Buffet Dinner will follow on 16th February (which is the first day of the Year) and will last till 18th February 2018. Square glutinous rice cakes, salted pickled scallion heads, dipping pork sauce, pickled beef and various traditional delicacies for Vietnamese Tet will be served at the price of VND 999,000++/adult, VND 688,000++/child (4-12 years old). In addition, the resort will also keep the custom of giving lucky money and hold a lion dance performance to bring tourists cosiness, especially for those who celebrate Tet far away from home. Hundreds of colorful lanterns will welcome visitors in the lobby. A blooming yellow Apricot plant and red firecracker strips will cover the space with warm colors. These simple decorated rituals are to bring Vietnamese Tet to visitors around the world.
