Furama Danang, August 2015 - By the beginning of this September, Doan Van Tuan, the very first Vietnamese Executive Chef of the Furama Danang Resort, is going on a twenty-day professional training course in Italy.
This Ambassador of the Furama Culinary Team is supposed to have a full culinary experience of authentic Italian cuisine at Palazzo Avino Hotel, the exquisite five-star deluxe one with famed award winning Rossellinis Restaurant. He also has a desire to work with outstanding local products to master the culinary skills and get an inside view of creative Italian meal as well as its culture. "It's in vain to remain unchanged and dream of a better wealth of knowledge. You have to go see for yourself, absorbing all you can to define what you want", says the 35-year-old.
At the end of this course, he will come back to the Furama Resort Danang, devoting his time to the innovative Don Cipriani's Italian Restaurant, to continuously push the cuisine in new and delightfully directions. It is no wonder that Chef Tuan will add a modern twist to the ritual of Italian dishes here, helping the resort justify its reputation as the premier venue in Central Vietnam for exceedingly stunning culinary experiences.
