CULINARY FESTIVITIES ON DANANG’S LIBRATION DAY AT FURAMA RESORT DANANG

In commemoration of the 42nd anniversary of Danang Libration Day, the Furama Resort hosted an array of exciting culinary and cultural festivities between March 25 to 29.

At Café Indochine, the resort's flagship restaurant with cosy French colonial setting, a sumptuous Seafood Buffet themed 'Danang Night' was available. At VND 888,000++ including a glass of RedRock & Gauden Draught Beer and a menu featuring Danang specialties such as 'pan cakes', 'chicken mince salad', 'snail salad' and an International Appetizer Menu was a great treat! The offer including changing themes daily from French, American, Italian, Indian, Thai and local fares from Danang to Vietnamese delicacies. Other highlights were the 'Ham and Cheese' corner with Italian and French specials and a wide range of lobster, New Zealand mussels, scallops, octopus as well as sashimi & sushi bar, imported meats as well as an extensive dessert corner! The images took visitors back in time to an old Danang with a long-standing seaport, adjacent to the mountains, rivers, and fields in the harmony of a natural landscape and its population at the time. Piano and 16-chord zither performances were also available bringing guests into a memorable journey back in time to an authentic Ancient Danang.
