The newly opened Danaksara restaurant, nestled in the heart of the fabulous Furama Villas Danang, was officially launched on 10th July 2018.

This latest high-concept restaurant makes the culinary beach resort a gourmet destination for all traditional food culture seekers, with a nostalgic ambience that recalls historical memoirs of the country embraced in the diversified traditional Danang and Central Vietnam' cuisine passed down through generations. We are honoured to be part in preserving our sacred motherland's  history and culinary culture.

In the middle of this idyllic green oasis, boasting spectacular views to our central pool, leaving behind all the hustle and bustle of city life, hardly anyone knows this area was once a Military Base of the United States and part of the Salt Water Airport where US aircrafts took off to bomb North Vietnam during the war.

On June 30th 2018, Ariyana Convention Centre welcomed the Yi Sheng Ginseng cosmetics and healthy product company for a meeting of 600 guests and followed by a scrumptious international dinner buffet at our ample Grand Ballroom with the participation of more than 1,000 guests.

Following the success of the Yi Sheng Ginseng's event, Ariyana Convention Centre continued to welcome the next MICE group from China with a series of events including partner meetings, lunch buffets and partner dinners of the Yijange Company, taking place from July 02nd – 05th 2018 in the presence of 800 guests.

Doan Van Tuan – the first Vietnamese to become Executive Chef at Furama Resort Danang, Vietnam

Furama Danang is proud to announce that its first Vietnamese National, Mr. Doan Van Tuan, being promoted to Executive Chef at the Resort from Jan 01st, 2015. Chef Tuan is one of only a very few Vietnamese culinary Expert being promoted to Executive Chef at a 5-star resort.

A young and talented Chef, Tuan has been working in famous kitchens and has over 15 years of experience as a top culinary expert in both local and international Cuisines. At Furama Resort, he devotes all his time to create the best of signature dishes and set up great culinary events such as the yearly Tet Village Market, amazing Gala Dinners for many kind of groups, our Vietnamese and International menus, the delightful Festive Season fares, the Vietnam Folklore Night as well as different international culinary events such as the Mexican Week, Thai Cuisine Week, and others. He was also a true Ambassador of the Furama Culinary Team to take part in many cross-cultural food events, bringing the Vietnamese cuisine and culture to Thailand, Hong Kong and Japan.

We look very much forward that he, together with culinary team of the Furama Resort, will continue to refine the resort's delicacies in culinary top cuisines, designs, create wonderful new signature dishes and events which we look forward to introduce to the high expectations of our Vietnamese and international guests, right here at Furama Resort Danang.
