The newly opened Danaksara restaurant, nestled in the heart of the fabulous Furama Villas Danang, was officially launched on 10th July 2018.

This latest high-concept restaurant makes the culinary beach resort a gourmet destination for all traditional food culture seekers, with a nostalgic ambience that recalls historical memoirs of the country embraced in the diversified traditional Danang and Central Vietnam' cuisine passed down through generations. We are honoured to be part in preserving our sacred motherland's  history and culinary culture.

In the middle of this idyllic green oasis, boasting spectacular views to our central pool, leaving behind all the hustle and bustle of city life, hardly anyone knows this area was once a Military Base of the United States and part of the Salt Water Airport where US aircrafts took off to bomb North Vietnam during the war.

On June 30th 2018, Ariyana Convention Centre welcomed the Yi Sheng Ginseng cosmetics and healthy product company for a meeting of 600 guests and followed by a scrumptious international dinner buffet at our ample Grand Ballroom with the participation of more than 1,000 guests.

Following the success of the Yi Sheng Ginseng's event, Ariyana Convention Centre continued to welcome the next MICE group from China with a series of events including partner meetings, lunch buffets and partner dinners of the Yijange Company, taking place from July 02nd – 05th 2018 in the presence of 800 guests.

Furama celebrates Independence day buffet dinner and Mexican week

Danang, September – On the occasion of Vietnam's 68th independence day, from 31st August to 2nd September, Furama Resort Danang organizes buffet dinners to present Vietnamese most well-known specialties. These dishes are cooked buy Mr Tuan - Furama's Vietnamese Head chef. With more than 40 specialties, the Ha Noi theme buffet will feature 7 different food kiosks for noodles, sweet and sour grated salads, "Phở", shellfish dishes, grilled dishes, fried delicacies and traditional desserts.

Furthermore, from September 13th to 15th (Friday to Sunday) guest will be treated for a Mexican week with a variety of specialties that make Mexican food one of the world's intangible cultural heritage, according to UNESCO. This cuisine is a fusion of indigenous Mesoamerican and European cooking. The event will be held at the Steak House which will be decorated with a Mexican flair.

These two mentioned food events can be considered as the most important activities at Furama resort during this September. After these great happenings, Furama will organize continuously some special food events such as Halloween night (October 31st), Thanks Giving (November 28th), Christmas (December 24th, 25th) and New Year Eve (December 31st). Through these activities, customers will not only have the opportunity to know more about traditional dishes and desserts but also the customs and habits of these cultures.
