Furama Resort Danang in association with the prestigious South African Butler Academy organized the intensive "International Butler Training" program for 15 supervisors and managers under the direct guidance of Mr. Newton Cross and Adriaan Coetzer, Director of South African Butlers Guild.

From March 1st through March 6th, with 30 categories and 7 empirical tests being conducted, the training program focused on guiding employees with international standards on manner, attitude, table service, recommendation skills, telephone etiquette, especially on how to "wow" guests during their stay at the resort.
