On May 21st and 22nd, Furama Resort Danang was thrilled to welcome a group of 15 delegates from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and some main sponsors for an inspection trip in preparation for the APEC SUMMIT 2017 at the Ariyana Danang Exhibition & Convention Center (ADECC).

The ADECC will host APEC meetings attended by 21 leaders of member countries as well as 15,000 representatives of major enterprises and 6,000 members from the international media.

On May 14, 2017, Furama Resort Danang Lifeguard team was awarded Overall Winner at the Danang International Lifeguard Competition 2017 which also included 2 individual First Prizes and 1 Third Prizes.

Furama Resort Danang companions with “Tuoi 20 Hat” (Twenties Singing) show of VTV6 channel

Following mission of spreading Furama resort Danang brand, in last August and September, the resort had accompanied with a show of VTV6 channel named "Tuoi 20 Hat" (Twenties Singing) and sponsored a prize worth up to VND 50 million.

This show was held by VTV6 youth channel belonging to Vietnam Television in order to help youth apprehend and preserve magnanimous songs going through years of Vietnam's history. Mixed in completely different genres, these great songs became more easily to go into every young heart. The show attracted participants from several well-known universities across Vietnam. Under the guidance of the coach, the famous singers Khanh Linh, Ngoc Anh and Minh Quan, all teams would be trained and ready for the race towards receiving the highest prize. During last two months, there were four live shows where a winning team was found and the price won by the students from Hanoi University of Business and Technology. In early November, the winner team together with their coach, singer Minh Quan, will have time to enjoy the prize at Furama Villas.
