The newly opened Danaksara restaurant, nestled in the heart of the fabulous Furama Villas Danang, was officially launched on 10th July 2018.

This latest high-concept restaurant makes the culinary beach resort a gourmet destination for all traditional food culture seekers, with a nostalgic ambience that recalls historical memoirs of the country embraced in the diversified traditional Danang and Central Vietnam' cuisine passed down through generations. We are honoured to be part in preserving our sacred motherland's  history and culinary culture.

In the middle of this idyllic green oasis, boasting spectacular views to our central pool, leaving behind all the hustle and bustle of city life, hardly anyone knows this area was once a Military Base of the United States and part of the Salt Water Airport where US aircrafts took off to bomb North Vietnam during the war.

FURAMA RESORT DANANG PRESENTING “NIPPER” CERTIFICATES FOR STAFF’ CHILDREN

On August 13th, 2017, Furama Resort Danang in conjunction with Surf Life Saving Vietnam hosted the Presentation of Nipper Certificates 2017 for 40 children of Furama's employees.

The 2-month course offered children a prestigious opportunity to learn about lifesaving, get new skills both in and out of the water, build self- confidence as well as have fun at the beach in a safe way under the direct instruction of Mr. David Field, an Australian volunteer, together with 2 professional Furama's lifeguards: Mr. Dang Van Hien and Mr. Le Van Nghia.

The Nipper program is designed for children aged 5 to 15 and divided into 3 levels: Level 1 teaches beginners how to save themselves in case of underwater accidents; Level 2 provides various types of swimming and helps children become more proficient in water; Level 3 equips children who are competent in swimming with crucial steps to save others in case an underwater accident occurs.
