On September 19th, The Danang People's Committee launched the "Danang Smile Campaign", which is being implemented from September to December 2017.

With the message "Together for a civilized, friendly, and hospitable Da Nang", the campaign focuses on local government employees who are involved in customs, police, aviation and tourism sectors, plus staff at local restaurants and hotels, drivers, tour guides, and local residents. Besides, the campaign is part of a series of activities in preparation for the upcoming APEC Economic Leaders' Week (AELW) 2017 which is going to take place in the Danang in early November.

FURAMA RESORT DANANG WINS 7TH CONSECUTIVE GOLDEN DRAGON AWARD

Furama Resort Danang has won the Golden Dragon Award for excellence in quality and service for the 7th consecutive year on April 2. The awards ceremony was jointly held by the Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vietnam Economic Times.

This prestigious award is to honour all the foreign-invested enterprises and Vietnamese enterprises who demonstrate outstanding business performances and become actively involved in social and economic development activities during the year. Despite ongoing economic difficulties and competitive pressure in  the hospitality sector of the tourism industry, Furama Resort Danang achieved all of its targets, showing record revenues and profits in 2015, and reinforcing its status as the best culinary beach resort in Vietnam. Over the past years, the Furama Resort Da Nang has made endless efforts to unceasingly improve the experiences of their international high end travelers which include an upgrading of their warm room atmosphere, a series of signature services as well as their highest culinary offers. Those were enhanced with a sustainable and environmentally improvements throughout the resort.
