To refresh their awareness, Furama's chefs attended an HACCP Training (HACCP is Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) on August 29th - 30th, 2016 held by Food – Agriculture Law Leader, M.S. Dang Bui Khue, a member of BSI company. HACCP is an international system to reduce the risks of safety hazards in food handling and preparing and has been recognized worldwide as a must-have requirement in the Food Industry.
The course was introduced to our kitchen team to make their own action plan and updating these HACCP international standards at Furama, necessary to keep the resort as a leading resort in providing only top quality, hygiene and safety in all processes of food handling.
