On October 29th 2017, The President of Vietnam Mr. Tran Dai Quang paid a visit to Furama Resort Danang and Ariyana Convention Centre – the hosting venues for major events of APEC Summit 2017.

During the visit, Mr. Tran Dai Quang has surveyed and checked actual facilities at Furama Resort and Ariyana Convention Centre.  The President has also appreciated the meticulous preparations of the Furama team to ensure the success of the APEC Summit.

In October 2017, Furama Resort Danang continued to conduct marine rescue practice and training for 40 life guards in difficult situations of drowning and other dangers in order to prepare for the APEC 2017 Summit. In addition, Furama has upgraded and purchased new equipment for rescue work. Recently, Furama rescue workers have been trained in First aid by experts from Australia to thoroughly prepare for important upcoming events.

“SPRING FURAMA” - PHOTO SHOOTING CONTEST AND EXHIBITION

Danang, January 4th, 2016 - 01/04/2016 Danang - Furama Resort Danang cooperated with Danang Photographer Club to hold a photo shooting contest called "Spring Furama" and a photos exhibition on the occasion of traditional Tet Holiday.

The contest's topic inspired by the spring season and attracted 31 photographers with 67 photos about Furama landscape, spring atmosphere, people, nature and especially spectacular photos of Tet Village Market which took place at the same time at Furama. 20 best photos will be display in the exhibitions at the resort during the Lunar New Year from 04.02.2016 - 15.02.2016.

All photographers have been working hard in 5 days to find out their most beautiful angles and photos. Finally, the special prize was given to Mr. Huynh Van Truyen with his photos "Festival Night". Annually, the Furama – the best beach culinary resort of Vietnam also hold many exhibitions such as silk painting, drawings from Art House Vietnam, the Ancient Danang photos, etc.
