From 5th to10th December, 2013, Furama Resort Danang also introduced a Thai Cuisine Week at Café Indochine Restaurant which was held for the first time and was the only true Thai food event held in Central Vietnam.
This special culinary event with the typical cuisine of Thailand – a country famous for its abundant specialties of seasoning and fresh ingredients delight diners around the world. The Thai menu at Furama was created and prepared by Chef Santiphap Petchwao which was flown in directly from Thailand.
Over 40 traditional and typical dishes were chosen from the great array in Thai cuisine to be served at the event. For this special occasion, The Café Indochine Restaurant was transformed into a warm atmosphere with colorful flowers and traditional artifacts which was graciously accompanied by relaxing and traditional Thai's melodies staff dressed in traditional Thai uniforms giving the event a true cultural feeling.
