Furama SkyJoy Loyalty Program

1. Introducing the Furama Loyalty program by SkyJoy

– Furama Loyalty Program by SkyJoy: is the customer loyalty program of Furama Resort &Villas Danang operated by GalaxyJoy. The Furama Loyaty Program by SkyJoy is operated in the form of giving SkyPoint points to loyal customers of Furama Resort & Villas Da Nang and GalaxyJoy provides incentives/benefits from SkyPoint points to Members.

– SkyPoint: is the accumulated number of points stored on Loyal Customers’ SkyJoy Accounts (“KHTT”) in GalaxyJoy’s system, accumulated on the basis of customer transactions made at Furama Resort & Villas Da Nang or some other partners participating in the SkyJoy Program.

– Loyal customers of Furama Resort & Villas Da Nang will accumulate reward points (SkyPoint) on each transaction to redeem in exchange for:

• goods, services, and air tickets under the SkyJoy program; and
• services and goods provided by Furama Resort Danang as part of the Furama Resort Danang Program.

2. Products and services earn SkyPoint points

• All products and accommodation booking services are provided by Furama Resort & Villas Da Nang and can be booked through:

• Hotline or Email for booking Furama Resort & Villas Da Nang
• Book directly at Furama Resort & Villas Da Nang

3. How to calculate SkyPoint:

SkyPoint = (Amount of spending eligible to earn points/ 10,000)

(*) The amount of spending eligible for points does not include “VAT” and “Service Fee”. The program applies with conditions.

To earn SkyPoint points when staying at Furama Resort & Villas Da Nang, Members need to provide their SkyJoy Membership code when booking or staying.

In case the Member does not provide the SkyJoy Membership code after checking out, SkyPoints will not be accumulated in any form.
