4. How to apply:

• For Room Booking:

– Step 2: Inform them that you are a member/customer using an LPBank international credit card (note that the cardholder must be the one staying at the hotel).

– Step 3: The reservation department will inform guests about the terms and room rates.

– Step 4: Confirm the booking amount on the customer’s card without processing the payment.

– Step 5: Bring the card on the check-in day. The front desk will process the payment on the customer’s card on the check-in day, with the customer signing the receipt.

• For F&B/Spa Service Payment:

– Present your LPBank international credit card before payment, then proceed with payment and sign the receipt.
