- Maximum 2 children per bedroom
- Under 4 years: complimentary (sharing same existing bed with parents)
- 4 to under 12 years: charge 327,000 VND per night (sharing same existing bed with parents)
- From 12 years onwards: consider as adult and charge 1,537,000 VND
Cancellation/Amendment, No-Show, Shorten Period Policy:
- For Non-guaranteed reservations, the resort reserves the right to release the booking without notice.
- No charge for cancellation/amendment made more than 06 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellation/amendment made from 5 – 3 days prior to arrival date will be charged at 50% of full length of stay.
- Cancellation/amendment made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date or no-show, 100% of full length of stay will be charged.
