An adapter is available in your room; it is placed in the drawer of your bedside table or at your desk. Transformers are available from our Housekeeping Department.
The thermostat and control panel in your room allows you to adjust the temperature and the air flow. All rooms have individual air-condition and the air-conditioner will switch off automatically in resort guest rooms when your balcony door is opened. If you require further assistance with your thermostat, please contact Reception.
For airline reservations or flight confirmation, please contact the Business Centre located in the Furama Resort Lobby.
Our Concierge will be pleased to arrange your transport to the airport. For early morning departure, please book the transfer before 9:00p.m. on the day before departure.

Occupying 1km of luxurious My Khe Beach, Furama Beach located right besides our Resort and Villa accommodation with sun chairs and parasols. Our Team of Lifeguards is trained and certified by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia and are here for your safety around these areas. Towels are available by sun chairs.

For our guest’s comfort, we provide a safe swimming area marked by colored flags and for your safety, we provide highly trained lifeguard within the marked area. You are kindly asked to observe the colored flags positioned on the beach which indicate the water conditions as follows:

– Yellow/red flags: Swim in between the two flags
– Red flag: No swimming

Night swimming is not permitted.
Lifeguards are on duty from 06:00am. to 06:00pm.

Beach towels are available at Ocean Pool, Lagoon Pool and Villa Central Pool. Kindly return them before leaving.
Furama Beach entices endless walks along the seafront. Please don’t forget to apply sun protection before your walk to avoid sunburn, even though the sky may be overcast.
Football table and game play station are available in the Games Room located next to the Gift Shop at the arcade besides the Lobby entrance.

Guests are requested to wear smart casual attire within the Resort premises. Bathing suits and trunks should only be worn on the beach and public swimming pool.
Our tap water is sand-filtered and UV- light treated. Two bottles of drinking water are also supplied daily free of charge to your bedroom.
The standard supply of electricity at the resort is 220V/50 Hz. All appliances requiring 220V/50 Hz can be operated safely. Should you require a step-down/up transformer for any equipment, please contact our Housekeeping Department.

The Furama Resort is equipped with an automatic fire prevention and alarm systems.
The Furama Fire Team is established and licensed by the local Fire Brigade Police. All “Fire Exit” lights are installed along the corridors and public areas. If you discover a fire either in your room or in another area of the resort, please follow these procedures:
• Look at the Fire escape map attached on the door inside your room at resort hotel
• Don’t panic.
• Notify the Operator by dialing “0”.

Evacuation Procedures:
• Vacate your room, taking your key card with you and close the door behind you
• Do not use the LIFTS (Elevators)
• Leave the building immediately via the nearest Fire Staircases or following the directions of hotel staff members to the Assembly Points.

During the daytime, our multi-level freshwater pools on the ocean front by the couryard, lagoon pool surrounded by tropical reinforest between resort accommodation wings, or long wind VillaCentral Pool at the center of Villa area invite you for a refreshing swim. Our Team of Lifeguards is trained and certified by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia and are here for your safety around these areas. Towels are available in all pubic swimming pools.
