FURAMA RESORT DANANG PARTICIPATES IN THE 29TH BUSAN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (BIFF)

Following the success of the 2nd Da Nang Asian Film Festival, the Vietnam Film Development Association (VFDA), in collaboration with the People’s Committees of Da Nang, Ninh Binh, and Phu Yen provinces, promoted Vietnamese cinema and tourism to international audiences at the Busan International Film Festival (South Korea). As a leader in Vietnam’s hospitality industry, the Furama – Ariyana Danang International Tourism Complex was proud to be part of this “Vietnamese – Korean Cinema Journey.”

On the evening of October 2, the 29th Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) officially opened at the Busan Cinema Center, South Korea. This event not only served as an opportunity for the VFDA to introduce and promote the image of Vietnam, its people, and its film locations to the global stage but also provided a platform for Vietnamese representatives to exchange knowledge and learn from South Korea’s film industry.

Moreover, the event presented a significant opportunity not just for the film sector but also for tourism. Representing Furama – Ariyana Danang International Tourism Complex, Mr. Gentzsch Andre Pierre – General Manager, attended the festival and engaged with partners in the hope of unlocking the potential for tourism development through cinema.
