A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Studies, Chef Mursalim holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Throughout his career, he has held key roles, including Sous Chef at IHG Group’s Crown Plaza and Grand Hyatt, and Chef de Cuisine at Sofitel Bahrain. His impressive portfolio showcases a focus on quality and sustainability, driven by his commitment to sourcing high-quality, local ingredients to craft exquisite farm-to-table menus.
