Celebrating Executive Chef Doan Van Tuan’s Prestigious Worldchefs Recognition!
Join us in raising a glass to our extraordinary Executive Chef – Mr. Doan Van Tuan, on his remarkable achievement! We are thrilled to announce that Mr. Doan Van Tuan, the first Vietnamese Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at a 5-star resort with a wealth of international experience, has received recognition as a Worldchefs Regional Judge by the prestigious World Association of Chefs Societies. This incredible accomplishment is a testament to his exceptional talent, unwavering dedication, and passion for preserving culinary heritage.
Beyond his role as Executive Chef at Furama Resort Danang, Chef Tuan has served as a judge in prestigious international culinary competitions such as the CATRION Jet Setters Platte International Culinary Competition. Locally, he has been involved in various culinary events, including the Danang Culinary Talent Competition and the Hue Traditional Craft Festival, where he co-created and set a Vietnam record for the ‘Mixed Hue-style fried noodles for 1,000 people.’
