We’re thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our cooking class at Tàya House—Ms. A Rất Thị Hép, a talented Cơ Tu ethnic minority chef with an inspiring cooking journey.
Hailing from a humble background, Hép started working as a commis chef for a street food vendor at the age of 15, gaining valuable experience in the culinary world. Her journey took a significant turn when she was accepted into Streets International, where she honed her skills and expanded her knowledge of the culinary arts. This opportunity led to prestigious positions in five-star establishments, allowing her to work at professional and luxurious resorts.
Her diverse experiences have shaped her unique style and deepened her passion for sharing the authentic flavors of Vietnam with visitors from around the world.
In our cooking class, Ms. Hép will guide you on a culinary journey through authentic Vietnamese dishes. Learn the secrets behind “Mỳ Quảng,” crispy deep-fried spring rolls, and refreshing hand rolls, all while enjoying the beauty and spirit of the Northwest region, embodied in Tàya House’s traditional setting.
