– Reservation confirmation is subject to room availability at the time of contact. Rooms may not be available during holidays, Tet, or peak seasons.

– If the information of the guest is matched with the provided list from Vietjet and the name of the voucher will be considered as valid

– Vouchers cannot be extended past their expiration date.

– Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
